Today's update brings a brand-new boss to the table - Xamphur! Xamphur is a new boss geared for players looking to step their foot into bossing, but endgame players can appreciate the new invocation system - a new system that can be applied to current bosses in the new future as well as future bosses to increase the difficulty of an encounter in exchange for better rewards!
Xamphur's Laboratory
Xamphur's Laboratory can be accessed via the teleport interface Dungeons -> Xamphur's Lab. Upon entering, you'll see that some of his experiments have escaped - the Phantom Hands over here are a Level 81 Slayer monster that attacks with magical melee and has a small chance to hit through Prayer. These can be assigned via the new Slayer task "Xamphur's Experiments". These have a low chance of dropping the coveted Osmumten's fang, with the effect that each attack will roll the accuracy check twice before dealing damage! Its stats however are slightly nerfed from the OSRS version to compensate for its ease of obtaining it.
Deeper into the dungeon you'll see a gate that gives you the option to fight the new boss, Xamphur once you have a Xamphur's Experiments task.
Xamphur also has invocations associated with it, both increasing the difficulty of the fight and rewards!
The invocations are as follows:
Divine intervention - Xamphur will gain access to protection prayers as well as periodically swap them throughout the fight.
Don't Give Me a Hand - Xamphur's falling hand attack will deal significantly more damage.
Keep On Running - Xamphur will no longer give a heads up before he uses his falling hand attack.
Deadly Prayers - Your prayer will be drained by 20% of damage taken.
Overloaded - Xamphur's potion spawns will have 3 times as many hitpoints as normal.
Learning New Tricks - Xamphur's normal attacks will deal either magic or ranged damage.
Watch Out - Xamphur's normal attacks will cause a hand to fall from the ceiling.
Each invocation will increase your fight level from 0 to up to 100 - this will scale both the boss's hitpoints, max hit, and drops! The formulas are as follows:
Boss HP: 500 * (1 + (0.01 * fight level))
Boss max hit: 25 * (1 + (0.01 * fight level))
Possible drops:
Osmumten's fang (i) recipe - Obtained when the loot tier is at least medium. Imbues the osmumten's fang to make it more thematic to Xamphur, and increases its stats.
Xamphur's research (perk) - Obtained when the loot tier is at least medium.
Phantom robes - Mid tier robes that aim to be between Ahrim's and Ancestral in terms of offensive stats but doesn't require as much defence.
Lightbearer (i) - Upgrades the stats of the Lightbearer. Requires a Phantom jewel, which can only be obtained when the loot tier is at least high.
Phantom hand pet - Increases the chance at an extra roll at the Brimstone key drop table by 10% per level.

Golden Ticket Event Updates
The golden ticket event has been updated to add PvM events and a new shop! PvM events can potentially occur - asking players to kill a specific monster for a chance at a golden ticket. A shop has also been added west of home bank - speak to Agmundi to view her shop!
The shop includes bonds, mystery caches, and some new items - notably two new perks:
As well as a new dye - the Golden dye! This dye can be used on certain weapons to give it a gold trim!

- The great olm's max damage has been reduced to 20.
- A trimmed music cape and quest cape has been added to Rasolo's weekly task shop for 100 weekly task points.

- Added an Alchemical Hydra teleport to the bosses section of the teleport interface.
- Doubled the chance to receive a dark totem from catacombs or donator dungeon monsters.
- The gauntlet boss should now always start with the ranged pray form.
- Cleaning herbs has been reverted back to manual.
- Fixed a bug where you wouldn't be allowed to reset a trap if you had the maximum amount of traps laid out.
- Fixed an issue where juniper logs would give a noted ID of lovakenj ore if you are a donator.
- Added a new role - Event Host - which event hosts can spawn tournaments, events, and masses!
