6/5/2022: New mid-tier boss: the Runebound Behemoth

Hello Etherealians, or however I should call u guys idk lol

This update brings a brand-new boss, aimed at mid-high level players. This boss will bring some interesting mechanics to the table, but has a low max hit to compensate! I won't be giving you guys any hints for this fight, so hopefully you guys can figure out the pretty easy mechanics! Hope you're accurate on your clicks!

You can access the Runebound behemoth by going southwest of the home area, near Donator island or by using its respective teleport in the teleports menu. Talk to Captain Tobias, where he will ask for your help in slaying the creature. (You won't have to go through this dialogue again, you can simply use the "Pay-fare" option to quickly access the fight again.)

The Runebound behemoth will have the Protect from Melee prayer active at all times, so be sure to only use Ranged or Magic attacks against it! Good luck! In terms of its drops, it will drop one new weapon and 2 new recipes for 2 new items.

Shadow sword: This new sword will serve as a strong special attack weapon against NPCs that use magic - it will drain the target's magic level by 75% for 15 seconds if the target is a NPC. Against players, it will drain the opponent's Prayer by half of the damage inflicted. The special attack will cost 60% of your special bar, and has stats around a Dragon scimitar.
Shadow necklace: This new necklace will require a recipe as a drop from the Runebound behemoth; it will require an Occult necklace, death runes, and ancient shards from the Catacombs of Kourend. It shares stats with an Occult necklace, with slightly boosted magic attack (not damage!) and some Prayer bonuses. It also boasts some unique traits; against Shadow and Demon monsters, your magic damage and accuracy will be boosted by 5%, and it has a 33% chance in saving ALL the death rune cost for a spell that requires Death runes.
Shadow cape: This new cape will also require a recipe as a drop from the behemoth; it will require a Mythical cape, some obsidian capes, and ancient shards as well. It shares stats with the Mythical cape with a slight added crush, strength bonus, and prayer bonus. It also shares the same benefit as the Shadow necklace in which it boosts Melee accuracy and damage against Shadow and Demon monsters by 5%.

In other news:

- Fixed an issue where banking herbs in an herb box would come up as 0.
- You can now open a Coal bag to be able to mine coal directly into the coal bag.
- Farming daily tasks should now work as intended.
- The gold ore in Donator island should now be able to be repeatedly mined as intended.
- You can now use a "::thread thread #" command to get to a specific forum thread.
- You can now lock Combat experience in the purple tab in your Journal tab.
- Fixed an issue where mage arena NPCs cannot be attacked with magic.
- Fixed an issue where the welcome to Ethereal message can be spammed by relogging.
- Fixed an issue where the eastern part of the Wilderness Slayer Dungeon would not be in the wild.
- Fixed an issue where the Mirror shield wasn't working against its intended NPCs.
- Fixed an issue where following a player into the donator island would put them into an infinite loop.
- Adjusted the hobgoblin map clue to its correct spot.
- Added sinew to the ironman supplies store and the general store.
- Added drops to Bandits in the bandit camp.
